Fee Structure
Steele & Co. operates a flexible billing structure. Our fees may be billed on the basis of a flat fee; hourly charge out rates; or value of transaction on the following parameters:
Flat Fee
A flat fee may be agreed prior to undertaking a particular task, irrespective of time to be spent or nature of subject matter, based on our assessment of similar matters.
Hourly Rate
This is strictly based on our time records multiplied by an hourly rate.
Transaction Billing
A percentage of the value of a transaction will apply. The category may also be negotiated and a lump sum agreed with the client.
